In accordance with Rule 8 of the Constitution of the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Singapore (AustCham Singapore), notice is provided that the AustCham Singapore 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, 11 June 2025. Details as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 11 June 2025
Time: Meeting to commence at 6:00pm sharp (registration from 5:30pm)
Location: ANZ Singapore (10 Collyer Quay, Level 30, Ocean Financial Centre, S049315)
Details: The AGM is a free event for members who have paid their annual membership, with drinks and canapรฉs to follow the close of meeting
Only AustCham Singapore members who have paid their annual membership are invited to attend and vote at the AustCham Singapore 2025 AGM. If you have yet to make payment for your annual membership please contact our team at members@austcham.org.sg
Nominations are now open for board vacancies
This year there are five (5) vacancies for the AustCham Singapore board, with three existing Board Members re-nominating (Carole-Anne Upton, Stephen Miller and Carolyn Chin-Parry) and two new vacancies. The board has conducted a review of the skills and experience required for it to best perform its governance responsibilities and has identified the key areas of expertise as follows:

ยท Marketing & Comms
ยท SME
Members with these skills and experience are encouraged to apply. Nominations for board positions must be provided in writing by Wednesday, 21 May 2025 to members@austcham.org.sg - nomination forms can be downloaded below.
The key orders of business are as follows (full agenda can be downloaded below):
1. Receive and adopt President's Report and minutes from 2024 AGM
2. Receive Honorary Treasurer's Report and adopt audited accounts for FY24/25 and budget for FY25/26 and appoint auditors for FY25/26
3. Election of Board Members
4. Any other business received (to be provided by email to members@austcham.org.sg by Wednesday, 28 May 2025)
As quorum is required to conduct the AGM, please provide your intent to attend via registration on this page or by providing your proxy form (available for download below) via email to members@austcham.org.sg by Monday, 9 June 2025.
