    With 25 years’ industry experience, YEO Pei Shan serves as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Buildings + Cities, SJ Group, driving long-term growth strategies for the group’s urban development business line.

    Focusing on strategic transformation, Pei Shan plays a key role in optimising business operations, and increasing synergy across architecture, design, engineering, project, and contract management disciplines. She is actively involved in the integration of One SJ, aligning teams and processes to enhance collaboration and excellence across the Group.

    As a member of the Buildings + Cities Executive Committee, Pei Shan works closely with leadership to future-proof the business.

    In addition to her role as Deputy COO, she leads SAA Architects, an SJ company, as Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees operations and delivery to strengthen the firm’s market position.

    Beyond her formal roles, Pei Shan is an informal mentor to early professionals, sharing her insights and experience to support the next generation of leaders in the built environment sector.

    A registered architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore, and an ASEAN Architect, Pei Shan’s portfolio spans residential, hospitality, healthcare, and interior projects of different scales. Her architectural expertise has sharpened her analytical skills, and ability to solve complex challenges with practical, forward-thinking solutions.

    Pei Shan holds a degree from the Architectural Association School of Architecture (London) and is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Architects.

    Shannon joined BHP as Head of Corporate Affairs Asia in June 2024.

    Based in Singapore, she leads the company’s external relations function, including stakeholder engagement, government relations, communications and media across the region, home to BHP’s commercial function and largest customer markets. She plays a key role in shaping BHP’s public image and strategy development across Asia.

    Prior to joining BHP, Shannon was a Senior trade diplomat with the Australian Government, posted as Senior Trade Commissioner to Hong Kong (2020-2024) as Chile(2016-2019).

    In these roles, she worked with Australian exporters in the mining, food and beverage, health and education sectors, supporting their entry into new markets, and also with international companies looking to invest in Australia.

    Before joining government, Shannon worked in the private and not-for-profit sectors across Asia, Australia, North and South America and Europe, helping business and governments navigate operational, commercial, regulatory and political risks.

    Shannon started out her career as a commercial lawyer and holds LLB (Hons.) and BCom degrees from Deakin University Australia.

    Scott has 30 years of commercial and investment banking experience in the UK, Australia/New Zealand and more recently Asia.

    Scott has been with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia since 2005. Prior to that he was with ABN AMRO Bank both in London and Sydney specialising in the Natural Resources and Energy sectors.
    Since joining the Commonwealth Bank, Scott has held the Sector Coverage roles of Global Head of Natural Resources and Global Head of Infrastructure and Utilities.

    Scott as Global Head of Specialised Finance, led all the structured lending activities of the Bank from 2012-2016. The business encompassed Project Finance & Advisory, Commercial Real Estate Lending, Acquisition and Leveraged Finance and Structured Asset Finance and provided bespoke capital solutions to the Bank’s chosen clients globally.

    Scott moved to Singapore in 2016 serving as Managing Director & Country Head. In 2018, Scott assumed responsibility for the Bank’s Japanese business facilitated through its’ branch in Tokyo.
    In 2019, Scott took up his current role as Regional Head, Asia, covering Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He continues to be responsible for the Singapore Branch as Managing Director & Country Head.

    Scott is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on a number of bank subsidiary boards. In addition, Scott serves on the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Board as Vice President and the Fred Hollows Foundation Singapore Advisory Council.

She has previously served overseas at the Australian Mission in Vientiane and Washington.

    Ms Follett holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Laws from Australian National University.
